Cooking area up to: 18.75" x 28" = 525 sq. in. Two part Cooking Grate. The smaller spaced grate is ideal for preparing seafood, small cuts of meat, vegetables or bacon. Cooking Grates are made of .25" Stainless Steel Rods welded to a heavy gauge Stainless Steel frame. Unit has warming Rack. 3inch dial thermometer measures 100F to 500F. Custom grate grill scraper included for an easy cleanup.
