Grease Management System - (Only on 36" & 48")
The DCS Grease Management System features heavy duty cast stainless cooking grids that are U-shaped and slope slightly toward the front of the grill. This design causes the excess grease drippings that would normally fall straight down and cause flare up to instead, channel away from the flame and ultimately down into the grease tray. Talk about a happy chef!!

Ceramic Radiant Rods
All DCS grills feature their ceramic rod radiant tray system that because it is patented, no other grill brand can copy. These rods work like ceramic briquettes and help to spread the heat evenly across the grilling surface, eliminating hot and cold spots that are common with lesser quality grills. However, being contained within the trays makes them much easier to handle and easier to clean compared to dealing with many little individual briquettes. Just roll the rods or flip the whole tray and let the intense heat from the DCS powerful burners clean these for you!

Flash Tubes
DCS invented flash tubes because they are concerned with real world grill performance. Let's face it, there is a reason why every grill brand's ignition system is usually only backed by a 1 year warranty - because ignitors are prone to fail, early and often. If the DCS battery powered spark ignitor ever fails to light your burners, no problem. By holding a match or lighter over one of the stainles tubes mounted on each side of the grill, the flame actually gets sucked down the tube to sucessfully ignite the gas burners - EVERYTIME!!!

Extra Low Temperture Adjustment
DCS 25,000 BTU burners provide a super hot, steak searing, high end temperature without needing an infrared burner. Unlike infra red burners though, which only go down to about 400-500 degrees, DCS burners with their low flame adjustment within each control valve, can actually get down to around 200-300 degrees. This gives you the ultimate flexibility and control to cook whatever meal you desire.
