The RGV366L 6 burner range features 12,500 BTU front middle and rear left burners and 17,500 BTU front left, front right, rear middle and rear right burners. Each patented DCS dual flow burner supplies a simmer temperature as low as 140 degrees Fahrenheit, enabling you to cook delicate sauces without scorching. The total control sealed burners provide a reliable flame beneath the cast iron grates, which form a continuous cooking surface for easily moving cookware from burner to burner. The grease management system allows you to create healthier meals, rivaling the performance of traditional cooktops. The control knobs are located on the front panel for safe, convenient access to each burner, and a sealed surface makes cleaning easy. The 5. 3 cubic foot capacity oven chamber has three full extension, telescopic oven racks with five shelf positions to fit your cooking demands. Cooking Modes: Broil, Bake and Convection.
