This 36-inch, natural gas range by FiveStar Ranges, has everything a home chef needs to cook like the pros. This range features 4 open burners with continuous cooking grates: two front VariFlame burners which can output up to 14,000 BTUs to quickly bring a pot of water to a boil, while also being able to delicately simmer sauces at 350 BTUs, and two standard burners with a BTU range of 2,100 to 14,000. Underneath each burner is a porcelain coated drip pan, that can be easily removed and tossed in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, and above each burner is a heavy-duty, removable, cast iron grill grate for excellent heat distribution. The burners are safely lit using the energy-saving electronic ignition system. The cooktop also features a reversible cast iron grill/griddle from Lodge, that comes with a steel cover. The grill/griddle also has an easy to clean grease well, to safely collect all of the drippings while cooking. This range features a gas oven with a broiler underneath that can reach up to 18,000 BTUs for some serious cooking. The oven has 3. 69 cubic feet of cooking space, with 3 racks so you can bake dinner and dessert at the same time. The oven also features TurboFlow convection technology which can decrease cooking times by as much as 30 when used, and a removable door for easier cleaning. This range comes with a standard 11-inch backguard, and is designed for zero clearance installation with standard 24 inch deep kitchen base cabinets. The 4 inch toe space matches standard kitchen cabinets for an unbroken line from cabinet to range and the leveling legs allow for the perfect installation.
