I would recommend this product to expand your cooking surfacWell considering we received it damaged, I could not believe how nice they were and how fast they replaced it.. We are doing a Smoke, for 35 people. So the brisket will be on the bottom and then put the expander on and we are going to do 10 turkey thighs on top. Can't wait.
