Dresses out a gas log set
I used the lava rocks to camoflage the gas log burner tray and the gas hookups in my fireplace. The lava bed completed the appearance of the gas log set. I am very happy with the result.
My only suggestion, is to use gloves when spreading the lava rocks to prevent scratches to your hands.
