Peterson Gas Logs Natural Gas Low Profile Manual Safety Pilot Kit With Removable Knob Handle: This Peterson Real Fyre Pilot Kit is designed for use with Peterson Real Fyre Natural Gas Vented gas log sets. This pilot kit can be added to a natural gas match lit log set to add manual safety pilot control. To be used with 12 - 36 inch standard G4 and G45 burners, 12 - 18 inch see-thru G4 burners, or 18 - 30 inch see-thru G45 burners. NOTE - before purchasing a pilot kit to add to your existing log set you must ensure that you have adequate space in your fireplace, per the manufacturers guidelines.

Safety Pilot is nice size
Very nice Safety Pilot SP26 used less space at side of logs, but came with wrong connector for furled gas tube connection,I could have probably used the elbow supplied, but it would detract from the low profile of the safety pilot.

[...] , and the installers did not seem to have any problems installing it. The knob doesn't seem to get too warm; especially for being so close to the fire. Easy off and on. Flames ignite immediately.
