not quite wha I expected, but close
It is ued on the stove top for both cooking and frying.
I would have liked it better of the inside were finished smoother than it is. so the seasoning will take longer .
It definitely is great at spreading heat evenly and keeping it even.

Great for Fish Fry !!
Nice and heavy. Can use indoors or on outdoor grill for fish, chicken or just about anything you want to fry.
The lift out basket is an added bonus.
After the cookware is properly seasoned it is a breeze to clean!
