Good Product-What I Expected-Nice Size
Good for roasts and stews. Versatile can go from stove top to oven or vice versa. Seasoned cast iron cleans up so nicely

Fantastic for roasting chicken
Curing/Seasoning cast iron is not difficult to do but does need to be done/maintained. I use mine as a roaster for chicken, and other cuts of meat, and as a one pot meal cooker. To clean, I rinse and wipe dry. If very dirty, I use some canola oil for moisture/lubricant and salt as an abrasive that will not harm the condition of the pot. To finish I apply a film of canola oil and put it in the oven for a few minutes. It has turned out to be exactly what I have been looking for.
