Full Description: Strongwell Turkey Caddy: This Strongwell Turkey Caddy features an all steel frame construction, simple safety brake, safety snap hook, and tie kit. Designed to minimize turkey frying hazards and provide an easier and safer way to move your bird in and out of the hot cooking oil. The one person operation ensures that you have constant control and unobstructed access to your turkey fryer. Center the Turkey Caddy over the cooking pot, bring your oil up to temperature, and shut off the burner. Mount bird to rack and rest on cookie sheet on top of pot. Attach safety snap hook to the poultry rack stem, raise the bird, set the brake, and remove cookie sheet. Relight the burner. Release the brake and slowly lower bird into oil letting moisture flash off. When it is time to remove the bird, turn off the burner, raise the bird and set the brake, allowing remaining oil to drain away. Place the cookie sheet back on the pot, lower the bird onto the cookie sheet, release the safety snap hook and take your bird to the prep area. No cleanup needed. USING THE STRONGWELL TURKEY CADDY - STEP BY STEP
	Step 1: Center the Turkey Caddy over the cooking pot, bring your oil up to temperature, and shut off the burner.
