Viking VIPR182R 48-Inch Professional Series Stainless Steel Rear Downdraft Vent System W/ Mounted Controls: Top-notch commercial performance meets your kitchen with this Professional Series VIPR182R 48-inch rear downdraft system by Viking. Variable fan speeds cater to different cooking conditions, and hidden operation provides a seamless, integrated system for your kitchen. The delay / off feature gives you more control over your cooking options by allowing the downdraft 10 extra minutes of ventilation before shutting off. Four fan speeds help to accurately circulate air while you cook, and features removable, easy-to-clean mesh filters. Raise and lower options allow you to easily hide this downdraft when not in use. The control panel can be mounted separately on the countertop for ease of use. REQUIRES BLOWER KIT OPTION SELECTION TO COMPLETE UNIT.
