The product is what I expected

The flavorizer bars perform a dual function, they create smoke to add flavor to grilled meats and they protect the burners from drippings that tend to corrode the expensive burners. Grills that rely on volcanic rock don't protect the burners, consequently you are faced with frequent burner replacement.
