the search is finally overI have small hands and the regular Santok knife is too hefty to handle. I also have carpel tunnel due to excessive typing. I own a Zwilling regular knife but I never used it because of the problems indicated above. I bought this a while ago and finally, I tested it out for cooking for the lunar new Year. OMG. Fantastic.
