 | Very handy tool!This came with my KJ Classic and I use it all the time. Of course it?s handy for moving hot coals around to add wood chunks but what I use it most for is aligning my deflector plates once I set them in place, It makes getting the two halves straight and together and I don?t burn my fingers!! | Was This Helpful? |

Poor quality and no KJ brandingThis KJ Classic Joe ash tool is a bit of a disappointment. I have a KJ Classic and was trying to buy a KJ accessory to go with the grill. This ash tool is a generic tool. It comes in a box that has Kamado Joe on it, but the tool itself doesn't have the KJ brand on it. If you want a branded tool you need to buy the ash tool for the Big Joe, however I don't know whether it will even fit in the vent hole of the Classic Joe. Also, the craftsmanship and materials of this tool is not up to KJ's standards. I've always been happy with anything I've purchased that is from KJ, but not this one . . . I would recommend buying a better quality tool from a different manufacturer. | Was This Helpful? |
