The Kaizen 9.5" bread...The Kaizen 9.5" bread knife is not the typical bread knife I grew up with. Made in Seki Japan, the VG10 steel is protected by 64 layers of softer steels, creating a beautiful floral pattern adding to the authentic design. The D shaped handle, also a Japanese feature, fits well in my average sized hand, and is extremely comfortable.
