 | This machine is AWESOME!We use distilled water in our ice maker, which allows for no buildup of minerals in it. We use it to make three loads of ice a day, which takes about 1.5 hours for each full basket. We LOVE this machine, the ice it produces, and would recommend it to anyone in the market for one. As an aside, I put the ice into a bag BEFORE I put it in our ice dispenser, as it does freeze together a wee bit once removed from the ice maker and put into the freezer. After an hour or so I "bang" it into the sink to break it up, which happens easily, and then into the dispenser. | Was This Helpful? |

| Great product for a great price!I work as a school nurse in a very busy middle school. I use the ice machine all day long to make ice packs for my students when they have injuries in addition to making cold drinks throughout the day. This ice machine makes three different sizes and the ice is always perfect! It makes ice throughout the day and I set my timer for it to make fresh ice before I come in the next morning. What I did not like is after 32 or more days the ice maker stop working properly.
