| A Must Have for Charcoal GrillsI bought the charcoal rails for using the "indirect" method. I have a Charcoal Kettle grill and I love it. The rails keep the coals perfectly aligned along each side of the grill allowing for a drip pan to collect the drippings. I've cooked/smoked (using saturated wood chips on top of the coals) many times. 20lb hams and turkeys are no stranger to my grill. I've even smoked salmon using the same method. All skills handed down from my Father who also had numerous Weber grills. ONLY CHARCOAL! My Mother once commented many years ago I had made the best grilled chicken (juicy, tender, and thoroughly cooked) she had ever tasted. She then added "Don't ever tell your Father that!"
