Made in Japan, an artisan hand-hones the Katana edge, which is set at the traditional Japanese blade angle of 9. 5 to 12 degrees. The extremely fine blade edge is designed to reflect precision and power. Miyabi Kaizen is even further complemented by its ergonomic D-shape Micarta handle with mosaic pin and red spacer accents. GREATEST GIFT FOR ASPIRING COOKI've fallen in love with these knife's the first time I got to use them.
