Designed with entertainment in mind, the Louisiana Grills LG860C Estate Series pellet grill delivers world class BBQ in your backyard. This versatile wood pellet grill offers the capability to bake, roast, braise, smoke, grill, sear, char-grill and BBQ with ease on your backyard patio. The grill is constructed from heavy-duty, 304 stainless steel for enduring durability. The LG860C main level cooking grate features 579 square inches of space while the upper rack offers 281 square inches for a comprehensive total of 860 square inches. With the large stainless steel burn grate installed in the burn pot and the flame broiler in the open position, you can reach temperatures up to 600 degrees for fast and fiery grilling. Fan-forced convection cooking ensures even temperatures throughout the grilling area and a proprietary exhaust system allows for even smoking. The auto-start electric igniter and feed system lets you set your temperature, push start, sit back and relax. The natural wood pellets feed into the burn pot where they are automatically ignited and the fan-cooled hopper and feed system keeps your grill at the temperature of your choosing. The hopper features a capacity of 28 pounds. The Digital Control Center lets you set your desired temperature and automatically maintains it during the grilling process. With the included meat probe, you can set your desired food temperature and the grill will automatically go into smoke mode when that temperature is reached, preventing over cooking. The lid thermometer enables you to monitor the temperature inside the grill and the removable grease tray catches run off grease from the flavor guard. The LG860C cart has two bottom cabinets and two shelves for storage, a side shelf on each side for extra counter-space, and also features heavy-duty casters for easy mobility.

DO NOT BUY THIS GRILLI bought this grill at the end of May 2020, it shipped a few weeks later. Once the grill arrived, I followed the instructions laid out in the manual. From DAY 1, I have had problems. During the initial "pre-burn" phase, the instructions said to heat the grill to at least 350 degrees and let any inerts burn off. Once I plugged the grill in, ensured it had ample room for ventilation and power, I proceeded to turn the grill on and set the digital thermometer to 400 degrees. The grill, after what I felt was an unusual amount of time did reach 400 but then proceeded to keep heating to well over 550 degrees. I called the customer service hotline and they told me that the digital control center was bad. The grill was soiled with black soot and has become, in my opinion, unusable. I gave Danson the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to send me a new control panel that I installed and retried the grill. Same story on round two. I am now a MONTH into owning this grill and have not been able to cook ANYTHING on it. Still waiting on a call back from Danson... **Please note that I did not buy this grill through bbqguys.com but felt it was pertinent to share my story given how expensive this grill is.
